Anthony grew up working on building sites with his dad. He joined the British Army (Royal Engineers) at 16, further honing his building skills. With over 15 years as a director, Anthony has a proven reputation for delivering excellence on every project.

Ian is a qualified, licensed, and highly experienced builder. His career spans a wide range of skills, including glass-cutting, tile roofing, carpentry, bricklaying, plastering, and kitchen installations. This hands-on expertise ensures that every project he oversees is executed to the highest standard.

Gav is a qualified multi-trade builder with over 35 years of experience. His hands-on expertise allows him to manage complex tasks across multiple disciplines. Before becoming a builder, Gav served 13 years in the Royal Australian Navy as a trade technician and instructor.

Peter is an open-licensed builder with over 20 years in the residential construction industry. His experience as a client liaison manager for a national builder has sharpened his attention to detail. Peter listens to our clients and bridges the gap between them and our construction specialists.

Julie is our Human Resources guru, ensuring team compliance with safety and training. Prior to joining RED Construction, Julie worked as a Registered Nurse.

Like Anthony, Tom spent his school holidays building houses with his dad in Belgium. Tom aspires to be a builder, and we actively support his development.
